Mini ACD for remote branches

Customer service is extraordinary important for companies, still Call Centers are not affordable and cost efficient for each type of company, especially when integration of small branches should be realized. With AND Phone Group ACD you can implement phone-based ACD in your network. Automatic call distribution for smaller environments is handled by AND Phone Group ACD by automatically distributing incoming calls to a group of users.

Of course there is full support for queuing and reporting available. Queuing information is displayed on the IP phones, therefore it is possible to operate AND Phone Group ACD completely IP phone based. If required there is agent software for multiple operating systems available with AND Communicator.
