| | Auto-Hold - Automatically placing a call on hold on CallManager | | The "auto-hold" feature places a call automatically on hold if a direct call is made to another destination. This is helpful in environments where assistants are receiving calls in behalf of their manager. In the case of calling the manager, the original call is placed on hold automatically and can be transfer just by placing the receiver on-hook.
This feature is supported in the AND Phone Group Module. | |
